This TrailBlazer Taxis Airport Transfers assistant is perfect and easily adapted for any taxi / private car hire company and can address customer enquiries on prices and routes and take booking details to pass on to the office.
The assistant has currently been trained on a few common routes to and from Alicante Airport but the AI will use its wider geographic knowledge (provided by the actual AI model being used) to estimate prices for other routes not already in its training knowledge. The prices are based on those found listed for a local airport transfers company but are easily changed/added to.
The client can choose to make a booking straight away, and ask questions about prices/routes. If the client attempts to make a booking inside the next 12 hour windows they will be advised to ring directly to get confirmation straight away.
The AI will gather name, e-mail, phone number, travel date, pickup location and time, (flight number if pickup is airport), destination, number of passengers. The AI will offer a suitable vehicle out of those available (standard saloon, people carrier, mini-bus) dependent on number of passengers.
Once all details are gathered, a summary is presented, and the conversation sent for further processing by an automation currently setup in n8n – this will evaluate the conversation and create a summary (of the booking) and send it as a ‘confirmation’ to the client (so if you put in your own e-mail you can see the kind of output you might expect to get as the business) – it can easily be setup to send these details to the business and a different acknowledgement to the client.
The AI currently uses gpt-4o-mini as the AI intelligence behind the conversation – by default gpt5-nano is used but better results can be got with the more established model. To use this assisant in your own AICognitio account you would need to use your own Open-AI key (we can help you set this up).
