This demo assistant guides the shopper in choosing a suitable whiskey, gin, rum or wine. It is a fully AI driven assistant for the purposes of the demonstration. When used with an actual business it can be programmed with specific details of which products are stocked and of course their prices.
The assistant guides the shopper in narrowing down their choice. Once the shopper has chosen they tell the assistant to ‘order’ and their contact name, email and telephone number are taken.
The conversation is passed to an automation on n8n which analyses the conversation and produces an order confirmation which is e-mailed to the shopper (and retail outlet).
