This simple bot is designed for real estate agents – it has 2 routes in order to qualify either buyer or seller leads.
At the start of the conversation the bot will ask the user for basic contact details; their name and e-mail address. Once this has been captured the bot finds out whether the user is interested in buying or selling property.
In the buying lead generation mode the bot will ask for:
- How the buyer is funding their purchase between ‘Funds Ready’ or ‘Need a Mortgage’.
- In the case of the latter a simple message is output stating that they’ll be sent details of the mortgage provider [MY REAL ESTATE] work with!
- The user is then asked for their budget.
- They are then asked which location they are looking to buy in.
- If there are any specific requirements for the property, the user is asked to describe them.
- Finally the user is asked for their phone number before the conversation ends.
In the selling lead generation mode the bot will ask for:
- The type of property being sold.
- Pre-programmed properties are currently House, Apartment, Townhouse, Villa or Other (can easily be changed/modified).
- The location of the property in question.
- How much the seller expects to realise from the sale.
- The information is summarised and user informed that the company will be in touch to make an accurate valuation etc..
- Finally the user is asked for their phone number before the conversation ends.
The bot can be configured by the user, for example, you should change:
- Change [MY REAL ESTATE] which you’ll find in the widget title and welcome message in the settings to your business name.
- Change e-mail address in Bot Settings – Fallback message.
- For buyers, you may wish to change the next [MORTGAGE PROVIDER] or remove the message block named MortgageProvider which you’ll see after the ‘New Option Need a Mortgage’ block.
- The Choice block ‘SellingType’ can be edited to change, add or remove property types.
And of course the avatar image and colours can be changed to match your own branding.
If your site uses Google translate the bot should be translated in any event but the translation isn’t usually perfect.
