This AI assistant is designed with plumber services in mind and uses the latest gpt-5 AI powered model.
Initially after a video introduction the assistant will gather the contact name, e-mail and optionally phone number of the person it interacts with.
Once it has this information, the AI takes over, and has been trained on business opening hours, some ‘ball park’ prices for common jobs, and if the person wants to book a visit or job the AI will collect the address of the person and if the phone number wasn’t originally provided will ask for that again.
The assistant can as standard e-mail the clients details to the business owner along with a transcript of the conversation. Optionally the assistant could be enhanced further to send its information onto an automation in Zapier, Make, ActivePieces, N8N or other automation platform for further processing.
