Make Booking with Calendly – Simple Chat Bot

This simple web site chat bot takes details from the user to initiate a booking in your Calendly calendar. Initially it will ask for the following information:

• Persons name.
• E-mail.
• Length of meeting (currently 30-minute-meeting or 60-minute-meeting – these events need adding to your Calendly!)
• Choice of Service (currently Service 1 with Mark, Service 2 with George, Service 3 with Pam)

The bot can be configured by the user, for example, you should change:

• Message block welcome – change Welcome to text company name and name. (Welcome to AI Cognitio, I’m Mark)
• Choice (TypeOfSlot) – change/add New Options below it (30-minute-meeting, 60-minute-meeting). These names should match the event names in your Calendly account. Note that the free plan on Calendly only allows you one event type.
• Choice (TypeOfBooking) – change to suit your needs (Service 1 with Mark, Service 2 with George, Service 3 with Pam)
• Message (BookingInfo) – you may wish to remove the ‘No payment is required up front!’ message.
• Bot settings – Widget Title – replace Mark from AI Cognitio with your choice.

And of course the avatar image and colours can be changed to match your own branding.

If your site uses Google translate the bot should be translated in any event but the translation isn’t usually perfect.
