Appointment Taking AI Assistant – Google Calendar

This appointment taking AI Assistant will ask for the following information:

• Name.
• E-mail.
• Reason for appointment.
• Day or date of appointment.
• Slot size ie. 30 minutes or 1 hour.
• Preferred time.

The assistant will summarise the details and present a clickable link to facilate adding the appointment to the users Google Calendar.

The AI context of the bot can be configured by the user, for example, you should change:

• Opening hours (Monday to Friday 10am until 4pm and Saturday 10am until 12pm.)
  • Optionally the restriction on not being able to book today.
• Company Name (Clever Company).
• Name of Assistant (Claire).
• Change youremail@youremailaddress.com to your own e-mail address.

And of course the avatar image and colours can be changed to match your own branding. The AI has also been told to respond in the language of the user, try it, instead of saying ‘yes’, say ‘si’ or ‘oui’ and so on.

If your site uses Google translate the bot should be translated in any event but the translation isn’t usually perfect.
