This straightforward 2 route bot is designed for recruitment consultancies – The 2 routes qualify either for a job seeker or collect details of the post being offered by the employer.

At the start of the conversation the bot will first establish whether the person is looking for or offering a job which then determines the followup questioning/data collection.

In the job seeker mode the bot will ask for:

• The kind of job the searcher is seeking.
• What level of experience they have.
• Education level.
• The area/location they’d like to work.
• Expected salary or hourly rate.
• Finally the user is asked for their name and contact e-mail.

In the post offering mode the bot will ask:

• Whether the company/person offering the job is already a client (in which case only an e-mail will be collected from them).
• New clients are asked for: their name, the name of the company, contact telephone number.
• For the e-mail address of the employer.
• The kind of job being offered.
• The salary or hourly rate being offered.
• The location (town) of the job.
• The level of experience required.
• The education level required.
• Finally they are asked if they would like the agency to do initial interviewing or just pass on the details.

The bot can be configured by the user, for example, you should change:

• In Widget style – pay attention to changes to Widget Title, Welcome message, and Fallback message. The initial bot uses Jamie as the bots name and Ace Recruitment is used for the name of the company.
• Head over to settings to enter your e-mail address to receive notifications of interactions if you wish.
• Use either the Zapier webhook, or Make webhook to send data to those services. You can also use either of these to send the data to a webhook URL generated in ActivePieces.
• In the flow builder, you may wish to change the name of the company in Choice block ‘TypeOfUser’.

And of course the avatar image and colours can be changed to match your own branding.

If your site uses Google translate the bot should be translated in any event but the translation isn’t usually perfect.
