This assistant is suitable for any company providing solar system installations and is easily configurable to the individual company needs. It provides a solar quote or rather estimate with option for a followup with a more detailed quotation.
Currently the assistant has been programmed with a number of frequently asked questions which can help reduce e-mail and telephone enquiries with answers to common questions.
The assistant has also been programmed with approximate prices of micro-inverters, panels and ECUs typical of an AP Systems installation.
The user can request an estimate for an installation and in this case the assistant will first of all gather the following information:
- Average monthly bill
- Annual power consumption
- Roof characteristics (eg. south facing tiled and sloped)
- Square metre roof space (instructions given to measure this using google maps – video presented to user)
- Region for installation (eg. Costa Blanca South)
The AI then takes over and will output estimated costs for a system with and without battery.
The client is then invited to request a detailed formal/more accurate quotation – if the client indicates they would like this the AI will then collect:
- Contact name
- Telephone
- Address
If you use your own e-mail address you will see the information that the assistant can send you which is currently sent to an n8n automation for further processing into the e-mail you will receive.
