This demo assistant has been provided with a knowledge base of products in categories snacks, drinks and food products along with prices.
The shopper can ask about products, add products to an order, ask for a summary so far, and finally place the order. The assistant will collect the shoppers name, email and phone, and optionally where relevant the name of the ordering business.
The order confirmation is sent to the client as well as the company.
This assistant currently sends its conversation to an n8n automation which analyses the conversation and creates and sends the order confirmation.
There is no online payment, the e-mail could be configured to provide a payments link or payment instructions – such an automation could potentially be linked directly into the suppliers own ordering system dependent on the software in use.
