Floral Flair Florist Assistant

The Floral Flair Florist Assistant has been designed with a florist business in mind and ordering of bespoke bouquets. It is fairly simple to setup featuring a few standard lead capturing questions to start with such as name, e-mail and the occasion for the bouquet.

The assistant ends up in an AI powered block, which has been trained on a comma separed list of flowers including flower name, unit, unit price, season and colour. The AI block then uses this along with the users instructions to put together a list of blooms for the bouquet and the price.

The user can ask any question relating to putting together the bouquet, during testing I used the following questions:

• what yellow flowers do you have?
• can i add half a dozen Craspedia?
• what would go well with those?
• how about a dozen mixed Asters?
• what other year round blooms would complement my boquet so far?
• what about 6 eryngium?
• what’s my total so far?
• can you add some more suitable blooms to bring my total to around 45 euros?
• can you pick for me?
• confirm order

This worked very well and I ended up with (a total of €46.10) :

• 6 Craspedia: €7.80
• 12 Aster: €13.20
• 6 Eryngium: €9.00
• 5 Gerbera (mixed colors): €6.50
• 4 Chrysanthemum (mixed colors): €4.80
• 6 Gypsophila (White): €4.80

The assistant states that it will e-mail the user with a summary and how/when to pickup their order – you’ll need to setup a webhook in the settings of the assistant in order to do this to send the information for processing by make.com, zapier, ActivePieces or similar service. All AI assistants can optionally be trained on your website page(s) or you can upload a file containing the flower details. Currently it is embedded into the flow itself.
